Job Descriptions :
- Lead the digital marketing team to create presentations that win the pitch
- Create 360 digital strategies for the clients, based on trends, target market, and business objective
- Monitor the strategy/project execution, and provide the analysis report for further recommendation
- Conducting research to determine brand positioning, market trends, persona, and other parameters that can enrich the digital strategy.
- Manage and develop a high-performance digital marketing team
- Inspire team growth by creating internal sharing mechanism on digital trend updates
- Create and present report to the client and get feedback for future enhancementÂ
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Advertising/ Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Analyst, or other related major
- 3 years of working experience as a Digital Strategist
- Preferably specializing in digital strategies/market research or equivalent
- Have a broad knowledge of digital marketing trends and market research
- Have a great communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with various Digital Marketing tools/channels (SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Ads)
- Familiar with various monitoring and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, FB Insight, Hootsuite, etc)
- Good leadership, creative, passionate, and always strive to learn new trends
- Having a good network of KOL is a plus
